Formulated filler systems from Dorfner promote their ‘slipping grain principle’. According to this; gaps in between the larger grains are filled with varyingly smaller grains. This does not only save binder but also create a wedging effect for enhanced strength and durability.

DORSIMIX® - Ready to use blends

DORSIMIX® blended natural aggregates are available in various grain sizes for different floor thicknesses and have been optimised for use in various binder systems such as epoxy, PMMAand PUR.

DORSIMIX® provides optimized resin consumption in self levelling flooring layers. They are extremely easy to process, free of impurities and thanks to their special grain size distribution they provide the highest packing density.Blends are available for both synthetic resin mortars and self levelling floors with various floor thicknesses.

DORSIDUR® - Hard Aggregates

DORSIDUR® hard aggregates are blends of quartz sand and other hard aggregates for industrial flooring. They are highly resistant to wear and tear and are abrasion proof. Resistance to pressure, shocks, blows, vibrations, moisture, de-icing salts, petrol, oil and solvents and variations in temperature is guaranteed. They are easy toclean and require low maintenance.Blends are available for standard, medium and extremely heavy duty traffic areas.

MELADUR® – Hard Aggregates for Broadcasting

MELADUR® broadcasting blends improve the surface properties of industrial floors. MELADUR® is sprinkled over fresh concrete and is available in 3 different blend combinations for different load bearing requirements.MELADUR® is also available in red, yellow, anthracite and green.
