DORVALIT SHO® - The Water Repellent Kaolin NEW!

Through chemically bonding water repellent molecules to the kaolin particles, Dorfner have managed to create an extender that is water repellent and quick drying at an affordable cost. Coatings involving DORVALIT SHO® remain attractive over the long term as these coatings are also less susceptible to moss, algae and fungalgrowth.

DORKAFILL H® – The Textured Kaolin

DORKAFILL H® is analuminium silicate with a plate-like structure. During a special production process finer kaolin components are fixed to the surface of the larger plates.This texture is a special characteristic of DORKAFILL H® and results insignificant matting and rheological benefits for the paint formulators and applicators.

DORKAFILL C® - The Refined Kaolin NEW!

DORKAFILL C® is a refined kaolin with outstanding whiteness, excellently balanced rheology and matting properties. It significantly increases hiding power and scrubbability of dispersions paints whilst reducing the binder consumption.

DORKAFILL X_PAND® – The Expanded Kaolin

DORKAFILL X_PAND® is a multifunctional additive that is obtained by further processing of DORKAFILL H. It provides excellent matting effect, very good wet opacity and excellent dryopacity.

DORKAFILL PRO_VOID® – The Expanded Textured Kaolin

DORKAFILL PRO_VOID® is a multifunctional additive with a significant matting effect which can replace diatomite and other mating agents in formulations with further processing benefits. It provides very good wet opacity and excellent dry opacity.

DORKAFILL® 600 & 800 – Calcined Kaolins

DORKAFILL® 600 & 800are finer types of kaolins for semi glossy and glossy paints.

DORKAFILL® FP TYPES – Hydrous Kaolins

DORKAFILL FP types are coarse particles of native kaolins with an ideal aspect ratio for excellent coverage. High whiteness grades are available from 78 to 80 in ground quality and from 82 to 84 in granules. Very good opacity.
